By creating an account on VibeCoder.Market ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Use

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts without prior approval.

3. Builder Responsibilities

Builders who submit apps to the marketplace agree to the following:

• Apps must be functional, accurately described, and free of malicious code.
• Spam submissions, misleading metadata, or fake reviews are strictly prohibited.
• Builders must respond to user reports and maintain their listed apps in working order.
• Apps that violate these terms may be removed without notice, and repeat offenders may have their accounts suspended.
• Builders retain ownership of their submitted content but grant VibeCoder.Market a license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

4. User Conduct

All users of the Platform agree to conduct themselves respectfully and lawfully:

• Do not post abusive, defamatory, or harassing content in reviews or comments.
• Do not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Platform or any apps listed on it.
• Do not use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Respect other users' privacy and intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on VibeCoder.Market, including the platform design, branding, logos, and curated collections, is the intellectual property of VibeCoder.Market and its licensors. Builders retain intellectual property rights over the apps they submit. By submitting an app, you grant VibeCoder.Market a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your app on the Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Platform content without written permission.

6. Content Moderation

VibeCoder.Market reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any content submitted to the Platform, including apps, reviews, and user profiles. We may take action against accounts that violate these terms, including temporary suspension or permanent removal.

7. Limitation of Liability

VibeCoder.Market is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or any apps listed on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeCoder.Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal information as necessary to operate the Platform. This includes your email address, username, profile information, and usage data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. For detailed information on data handling, please contact us.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
