  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and device information collected automatically when you access the Platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
  • Process purchases and payouts and send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, etc.) via Resend.
  • Display your profile and app listings to other users of the Platform.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and improve search results.
  • Monitor and improve the performance, security, and reliability of the Platform.
  • Communicate with you about updates, new features, and promotional offers (you may opt out of marketing emails at any time).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

4. Third-Party Services

We share your data with the following third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe may collect billing address and card details directly. See stripe.com/privacy.

  • GitHub OAuth — optional sign-in via your GitHub account. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (account verification, password resets, purchase receipts).

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. Data Retention

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution).
